Jyl's voice is versatile with a diverse range of deliveries from warm and smooth to authoritative, youth to elderly, Midwestern to Latin, friendly to comedic and even sarcastic.
Her past, current, and ongoing audio adventures have included on-air character talent for the nationally syndicated "Russ Parr Morning Show", as well as industrial, documentary, and podcast narration for NASA, HSBC, Xbox, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Storyteller.net and Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts. An ongoing project of note is the audio interviewing of "experts" in a wide range of fields, from wedding planning to ADHD to dog training, for promotion and distribution through an online marketing firm.
Jyl's radio and TV clients include the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Epilepsy Foundation of America, and she recently voiced a pilot for an animation series for Comedy Central. Her on- camera experience includes "Indiscretion", an independent feature film that will be submitted to various independent film festivals this year.
